We are looking for a detail-oriented, responsible, and cross-border communicator to join us as a Regulatory Affairs Specialist and help drive our company to higher professional standards!

Your Role Will Include:

Regulation Compilation and Translation
– Assist the team in staying up-to-date with the latest ISO 9001 standards and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) regulations, and prepare the necessary documentation for certifications.

Document Preparation and Quality Audit Support
– Participate in product testing processes and internal training related to the quality management system. Support certification audits and internal inspections.

Bilingual Contract Management
– Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents in both Chinese and English. Collaborate with internal and external parties to ensure clarity and well-defined responsibilities.

Providing Legal Advice
– Offer legal guidance based on practical scenarios to help the team effectively address challenges related to trade and contracts.

Policy and Procedure Management
– Organize and maintain the company’s internal regulations and document systems while continuously improving processes and compliance operations.

We Are Looking for Someone Who:

Has strong skills in preparing and writing documents in both Chinese and English, including regulatory translations, contract drafting, and coordination.
Demonstrates a high level of sensitivity to regulatory and procedural details, along with a strong sense of responsibility.
Possesses solid logical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to different tasks.
Understands basic international trade knowledge and processes, and can quickly engage in cross-department collaboration.
Is eager to learn and maintains curiosity and initiative when dealing with new regulations or international issues.
