Your Responsibilities Will Include:

On-Site Product Inspection and Quantity Verification
– Visit supplier sites as needed to inspect products and verify quantities (locations are fixed; daily travel is not required).

Materials Management and Packaging Operations
– Handle receiving, categorizing, packaging, labeling, and stacking of materials to maintain an organized warehouse environment.

Shipping and Sorting Support
– Assist with shipping arrangements, pallet stacking, film wrapping, and container loading to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.

Data Entry and Record Keeping
– Enter data into the system, confirm delivery schedules, and record item changes to maintain accurate, up-to-date information.

Cross-Department Coordination
– Work closely with sales, purchasing, and warehouse colleagues to improve overall shipping efficiency.

We Are Looking for Someone Who:

Has a diligent and detail-oriented work attitude, capable of independently managing processes and completing tasks systematically.
Possesses basic computer skills, including Excel and simple system operations.
Has good physical ability and flexibility to assist with sorting, packing, and other basic logistics tasks.
Enjoys hands-on work and is willing to participate in the entire process from inspection to shipment.
Has strong communication and collaboration skills and enjoys working with colleagues to continuously optimize processes.
