We are looking for a passionate R&D Engineer who excels at problem-solving and enjoys turning ideas into reality.
Here, you are not just part of a design team — you are an active driver in the creation and optimization of new products!
Whether it's new product development, prototype creation, or functional testing and improvements, your contributions will materialize into real-world products in the global market.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
New Product Development and Design Ideation
– Collaborate on product structure design and functionality planning based on market demands and customer feedback.
Prototype Fabrication and Testing
– Build prototypes, verify mechanisms and usability, and assist in refining and improving designs.
Product Specification and Drawing Documentation
– Create 2D/3D drawings, record all specification parameters, and establish BOM (Bill of Materials) records.
Function Testing and Quality Improvement
– Assist in product testing, report issues, and propose improvement suggestions.
Cross-Department Collaboration
– Work closely with the sales, quality assurance, and production teams to ensure successful transition of R&D outcomes into mass production.
We Are Looking for Someone Who:

Has a background or experience in product design (Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or Industrial Engineering preferred).

Can operate basic design software (such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Illustrator, etc.).

Possesses strong hands-on skills and clear logical thinking, able to suggest adjustments based on testing results.

Demonstrates a problem-solving mindset and curiosity, with a desire to understand product structures and user scenarios.

Has strong communication skills and collaborates well with different departments.
