We are looking for a Shipping Assistant to help manage international shipments, ensuring that our products reach customers worldwide on time and safely.
This role is more than just paperwork — it’s a vital logistics support position that contributes directly to our global market expansion!
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Booking and Shipment Arrangement
– Assist with booking ocean and air freight space based on business needs, and arrange export schedules and shipping methods.
Document Preparation and Verification
– Prepare and verify shipping documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading (BL), and air waybills (AWB), ensuring their accuracy.
Export Process Coordination
– Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and shipping/airlines to track cargo status and shipment schedules.
Collaboration with the Sales Department
– Support international customers’ shipping requirements, handling urgent orders, schedule changes, and other adjustments.
Record Keeping and Tracking
– Maintain shipping records and reports, ensuring complete and traceable information to support internal operations.
We Are Looking for Someone Who:

Pays close attention to detail and has strong time management skills to ensure document accuracy and schedule precision.

Possesses basic English proficiency to handle shipping and air freight documents and communicate with freight forwarders.

Is proficient in office software such as Excel and Word.

Has good communication and collaboration skills, maintaining smooth coordination with the sales team and external partners.

Is interested in international logistics and trade processes, and is eager to learn and grow.
