Pan Taiwan Enterprise Co., Ltd. has received the Outstanding SME Trade Award presented by the Importers and Exporters Association of Taipei (IEAT) and was honored at IEAT’s 80th Anniversary Celebration Gala on September 16. IEAT Launches Trade Awards in Celebration of Its 80th Anniversary

In celebration of its 80th anniversary, the Importers and Exporters Association of Taipei (IEAT) joined forces for the first time with the ROC Joint Association of Importers and Exporters, with CRIF TAIWAN serving as the third-party professional evaluation organization, to organize the Outstanding Enterprise Trade Award and Outstanding SME Trade Award.

The awards were established to recognize companies that have demonstrated outstanding achievements in international markets and made significant contributions to Taiwan’s trade development. The selection process combines objective financial data, import and export performance, regulatory compliance reviews, and expert evaluation to identify companies demonstrating strong business performance and international competitiveness.

A Comprehensive Evaluation of Financial Performance, Trade Results, and Compliance

The IEAT Outstanding SME Trade Award was evaluated among eligible IEAT Class A member companies. Candidates were required to have at least US$1 million in import and export performance in 2024, while SME candidates were also required to have paid-in capital of no more than NT$100 million.

The evaluation examined each company’s business performance, financial results, and import and export performance from 2022 to 2024. Eight objective financial indicators were assessed, including revenue growth, after-tax net profit, net profit margin, return on equity (ROE), return on assets (ROA), sales per employee, and productivity indicators. Import and export performance over the same three-year period was also incorporated into the weighted evaluation.

In addition to financial and trade performance, candidates underwent qualification and regulatory compliance reviews covering areas including business regulations, taxation, environmental protection, and labor laws, followed by a comprehensive expert review.

Following the multi-stage selection process, Pan Taiwan Enterprise Co., Ltd. was selected as one of only 10 recipients of the Outstanding SME Trade Award. The recognition reflects Pan Taiwan’s overall performance in business operations, financial performance, import and export activities, and regulatory compliance, while also recognizing the company’s long-standing commitment to international trade and overseas market development.

Strengthening Our Global Presence and Creating Greater Value

According to IEAT, the award program uses an open, impartial, and credible evaluation process to recognize companies demonstrating international competitiveness and strong corporate governance, highlighting the achievements and international influence of Taiwanese enterprises.
